Enclosure Modification Service Ordering Guide


Step by Step Ordering Guide

- Create new account with Tayda Box Tool website ( https://drill.taydakits.com/register ) using the same email address as your Tayda Electronics account.

- Create and save your drill templates in Tayda Box Tool dashboard ---> https://drill.taydakits.com/dashboard see the section "My Drill Templates" on right side of the page and use "+New Drill Template" blue button to create and save your drill template. For ordering drill services please visit --> https://www.taydaelectronics.com/hardware/enclosures/enclosure-custom-drill-service.html

- Save your UV template for printing service in your Tayda Box Tool dashboard, see the section "My UV Print Templates" on right side of the page and use "+New UV Template" blue button to upload and save your UV template, ( prior to this please preare your UV printing template in Adobe Illustrator software and save it as PDF file.) - Go to Tayda Electronics website https://www.taydaelectronics.com/ and start ordering the enclosures you want and add service types to your cart. ***Make sure you are ordering correct matching enclosure and sevice types and exact quantities needed, not more or less service than enclosures, otherwise system will not work properly and your order will be stuck many days. For example some customer make mistake order 5 boxes but order service quantity for 6 boxes, this will cause system error and order will be stuck, you will have to contact us and will have to issue refund and you will have to order again with correct matching services.***

- After placing order please wait 15 minutes and in your Tayda Box Tool dashboard https://drill.taydakits.com/dashboard you will see this order appearing with a button called "Create Job" , please use this button to start assigning your drill / uv templates to your enclosures.

Current available services,

- Enclosure drilling service, regular service will allow you to drill all sides of the box except the lid, if you need lid drilled also then you need to buy additional service called lid drilling service.

- Enclosure UV printing service, regular service comes printing side A ( face ) of enclosure with Color and White inks prints, if you wish to print on the sides of enclosure then you need to buy additional service for printing per side, side B printing, side C printing etc. You can see what we mean with side B , side C etc in instrctions page https://www.taydaelectronics.com/hardware/enclosures/enclosure-uv-printing-service.html , you can also buy gloss / varnish printing services, this doesn't comes with regular printing service so you need to buy additional, this service is sold per side printing, if you are going to print several sides of enclosure with gloss service then you need to buy multiples of this service, per side of per enclosure, let's say you want to get 5 x 125B enclosure Side A (face) get gloss printed and you want Side B to be printed gloss also that means you need to buy gloss service quantity as 10 ( 5 prints for side A and 5 prints for side B for 5 enclosure order.)
We also have additional service called printing white layer twice, you are getting white color printing with normal printing service but some customers want white to be even more live white so they buy additional service to print white layer twice, this additional service is also sold per side like gloss service.
