Beefy NPN transistor
Title says it all, but to add, for a great price! these get hot, but are sturby enough, so they dont burn with little abuse. Great for high-power stuff.

These are good - and genuine
These are very well known good old transistors at a very nice price. And maybe many of you do not know it, they are also among the most "faked" ones - I 've had such a bad experience in the past.
But not the ones from Tayda. Like everything else you buy here, they are genuine.
