PT2399 is an echo audio processor IC utilizing CMOS Technology which is equipped with ADC and DAC, high sampling frequency and an internal memory of 44K Digital processing is used to generate the delay time, it also features an internal VCO circuit in the system clock, thereby, making the frequency easily adjustable. PT2399 boast of very low distortion (THD<0.5%) and very low noise (No<-90dBV), thus producing high quality audio output. The pin assignments and application circuit are optimized for easy PCB layout and cost saving advantage.

As someone else said, I ordered some pt2399s from the seller "n+elec" on eBay and they were all crap… Didn't work. These from Tayda DO work and are a great value.

100% GENUINE ARTICLE
What can I say, for those not in the know, this chip is more or less a complete echo / delay unit on 1 chip, just needs a few R's and C's and a sturdy home to make complete fx unit.

its a working chip at a KILLER price. ships fast, etc. I used in rebote, lofi delay and a couple other delay circuits. Its NOT one of the bogus ones floating around out there from various places like few ebay sellers and some of the "exports" web sites...so just FYI
