Shipping Options

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm ICT .  If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Refund Policy

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you receive an item that is malfunctioning, damaged or wrong item, we will grant you a full refund.


For products that didn’t meet with buyer expectations,  we usually don’t ask customer to return the product if the product value is not high.

In the case we ask customer to return damaged/nonworking items we do pay for return shipping cost.


If customer ordered wrong products and received them and wants to return then buyer pays for return shipping cost in the condition that returned items are in resalable conditon. 

if customer doesn’t receive their package for any reason we give refund or offer free reshipment. (**EXCEPT issues related to customs clearance or customs clearance fees, service fees related to shipping company in destination country, these issues are totally beyond control of Tayda and can't accept liability for issues related to these).


To initiate a return or refund request contact customer service with the list of items they want to return and we will provide further instructions including our return shipping address. We send refund to customers PayPal accounts within few days after email confirmation.
