As describedNot much to say. The LED is as described and works. As expected the polarity is marked with both a flat edge and long lead.
This item is breadboard friendly.

good LED, less output than red & yellow 5mm LEDsThis is just a good LED. It does exactly what you would expect from a LED costing just 3 cents: it has the right amount of light for indicating purposes at around 10mA of current. This LED cannot match the high output of the yellow and red LEDs in 5mm, but these two are extraordinary bright. Bottom line: still highly recommended, you won't find a better green LED at this price so easily. It's just good!
