This 5V or 3.3V compatible USB to UART converter has 6 pins out pre soldered.You do have to do some soldering for the 3.3V out and the RTS pin.That said once you have some wires soldered on this becomes your go to USB to Serial Converter. Easy to use and capable of just about everything.

You can use this guy to program any arduino, but its super convenient when programming a Mini or a Nano. It can also be used to program the ESP2866 that is available here.
