Besides over all quality the thing I always look for is insert and release tension.
These jacks are a good balance. Nice going in, with a decent grip on the plug.
No falling out from a little pull. Also, at this price there is no need to have mono jacks around.
Highly recommended.
it's also possible to have more signal routing options available with the three "normalled" terminals that are open when a 1/4" plug is inserted.
There are 6 pins; 3 are the connections to tip, ring, and sleeve, and the other 3 are connected to the first 3 when there's nothing plugged in. Good for jack normalling.
