Just an N4001 diode, nothing less, nothing more.
I won't spend a lot of time reviewing a diode but it is as described and performs it job well.

It is a black plastic body with a silver stripe on one end and two leads. It has a forward voltage drop of about 0.6 volt.

I used this item for reverse polarity protection on a power plug and it worked well.

I would buy this item again and I would recommend it to a friend.

Great quality! Great price! Go to RadioShack and get something like this if they do for like 500000000000e+4832$. Never had a lead break yet. Came packaged like resistors and polarity was marked with a red paper strip. Will buy more on next order!
