Great for the price
Although not as nice as the machined DIP socket on this site - you just can't beat the price. Great for having on the bench and cheap enough to get a bucket load :)

You won't find cheaper
The price cannot be beat. Quality is acceptable, the legs are a bit floppy and the retainers pop out quite easily, but overall better than some I have seen.

Good sockets
All the sockets from these 8pin up to the 40 pin are good quality and the price is hard to beat. 5 stars all around.
These 8pin ones work great for 555 timers op amps, etc.

awesome price ;]
i brought these to have around the work bench in case i needed them to use on any projects, although i wasnt sure it I should buy them due to such a low price(2 cents) they worked fine and are the best I have ever worked with.These are some great little sockets. ;]
