These are high quality knobs.
The "soft touch" is just enough, not to grippy where it's a magnet for dirt.
Very solid, the grip is tightly secured over a hard (colored) plastic.
I've swapped out a couple of these a few times and they still fit snugly on the potentiometer shaft.
Look great on a mixer board.
