I bought my first guitar amp in 1984 a Peavey Audition 20, it died a few years ago when I was trying to rewire a jack in it and I dunno what I did but the IC exploded. recently I looked up schematics and got the part number off it, went on ebay and bought 3 of them from tayda for like $3ppd, dropped it in the amp and voila it works again. I have my old baby back again :)
