Reed switch NOWhat are reed switches, are switches that operate when magnet is near them. Good for door-switches like an example. Leads are indeed pretty thin, and NC would be nice addition for store

Magnetic Reed SwitchI got 2 of these, arrived fast and undamaged.
These work great, and have not had a problem with them.
Suggestion to Tayda:
Normally Closed switches would be great, and would have been better for my application.
Only Con: Leads are thinner than most componen leads, and may break if bent too many times.Posted on
