Just RightI agree these work really well for guitar pedals.
Besides over all quality the thing I always look for is insert and release tension.
These jacks are a good balance. Nice going in, with a decent grip on the plug.
No falling out from a little pull. Also, at this price there is no need to have mono jacks around.
excellent jacks, nice pricethese jacks are great for stomp box applications - and with 3 terminals it can do the the typical input jack on/off switching that's needed to keep batteries from running down. plastic nut that attaches to the threaded part of the jack works a lot better than the similar jack sold on here with a threaded chrome insert, which does not work well with certain enclosures.
it's also possible to have more signal routing options available with the three "normalled" terminals that are open when a 1/4" plug is inserted.
Actually is switched! It says "unswitched", but it really is a switched jack (at least the ones I got).
There are 6 pins; 3 are the connections to tip, ring, and sleeve, and the other 3 are connected to the first 3 when there's nothing plugged in. Good for jack normalling.
