Description Have your race starts managed by a large 5mm LED starting tree, 1 Red, 3 Yellows and 1 Green LED (per side) provide visual start of race. Enough LEDs included to have 4 sides to the tree. Uses existing DC race track power to operate tree. Adjustable timing sequence to fit your style. (Tip - I used 1/4" peg board for my LEDs, they fit right in the existing holes.) Learn the real assembly as it is up to you to layout your parts on the preformatted board. Schematics and parts are included to complete this project, along with a quick reference guide for parts polarity and the likes. Experiment with layouts, try different ones that may be a better method. Keep parts lengths short, and watch for shorts. Read the guide included for tips. |
